Switzerland shocked everyone by beating Belgium 5-2 to earn a ticket to the next round. Now there's only one spot remaining. Here's everything you need to know about the finals.

On Sunday, two more finalists for the UEFA Nations League were decided. The first was England, as they enjoyed a 2-1 victory at Wembley over Croatia.

The Three Lions came back from a goal down to earn a hard-fought victory, with Harry Kane setting up the equalizer before scoring the winner. This result means they have leapfrogged Spain to secure progression.

But the shock result of the day came in the latter game, as Switzerland earned a 5-2 comeback triumph over Belgium. The Red Devils, being the joint-highest ranked nation by FIFA and having won the bronze medal at the 2018 World Cup, were the favorites but were torn apart by Shaqiri and Co.

This means only one more spot remains. Here's everything you need to know about the UEFA Nations League finals.

So who have booked their spot in next summer's finals?

The four group winners in League A move on to next summer's finals, with the champion of the inaugural UEFA Nations League season set to be crowned on June 9. A draw will take place on December 3 to decide who will face who from the four remaining teams.

So who have progressed? Aside from the aforementioned England and Switzerland, only one other nation has qualified for the next round and they are Portugal. In fact, the Euro 2016 champion was the first to book their ticket thanks to their goalless draw in Italy which put them out of the Azzurri's reach.

The UEFA Nations League's four finalists

  • Group A: Undecided (France or Netherlands)

  • Group B: Switzerland

  • Group C: Portugal

  • Group D: England

Who have been relegated?

Sadly, four teams have dropped down to League B as punishment for finishing last in their group. The most high-profile victims are Germany and Croatia, with the latter getting relegated just months after making the World Cup final.

For Joachim Low's men, it was yet another embarrassment in what has been a horrendous calendar year for die Mannschaft. Elsewhere, Poland and Iceland were also relegated.

Who'll be the last finalist?

It's a toss between France and Netherlands. Les Bleus enjoy a one-point lead over their rival, but the ball is in the Oranje's court, as they have one more game to play.

Koeman's crew will take on the already-relegated Germans in their final tie. A draw will be enough to secure progression thanks to their superior goal difference. However, should Depay and Co. lose to Die Mannschaft, then it will be Deschamps' men joining Portugal, England, and Switzerland in the finals.
