That made it back-to-back wins for NYC FC against Union, interestingly by the exact same score-line, and they again will be hoping that they can use their home-pitch advantage to full effect as they face Atlanta United in what could be their trickiest match to date.
Atlanta United, meanwhile, had a very strong campaign, but a heavy 4-1 loss on Decision Day to Toronto FC spoiled their chance to finish top of the table in the Eastern Conference.
