The AFC Women's Futsal Asian Cup is the premier women's national futsal competition in Asia, organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Formerly known as the AFC Women's Futsal Championship, the tournament is held every four years and features top women's futsal teams from across the continent. Beginning in 2025, the tournament also functions as the AFC's qualification pathway for the FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup, with the top teams earning spots to represent Asia in the global competition.
