About
Polsat Sport Premium 3 History, Coverage, Features
Polsat Sport Premium 3 is a sports television channel from Poland, which is owned and operated by Telewizja Polsat. It was launched on August 21, 2018. Polsat Sport Premium 3 was conceived as a premium add-on that includes five more channels: Polsat Sport Premium 1, Polsat Sport Premium 2, Polsat Sport Premium 4, Polsat Sport Premium 5, and Polsat Sport Premium 6.
Polsat Sport Premium 3 has mostly been used as an overflow pay-per-view channel to help cover some of the top events to which Polsat Sport has broadcasting rights. The channel was specifically created to broadcast top football competitions around the world, but other content has been added over the years to broaden its offer. The channel is not always available on the network’s programming, as it is used only whenever additional live coverage is needed.
Speaking about football, Polsat Sport Premium 3 has handled coverage for the UEFA Champions League and for the UEFA Europa League since its creation.
Polsat Sport Premium 3 was launched as a High-Definition channel. An added feature to this channel is that there is no advertising between or during each show.
