Born and raised in England, Tom Kundert has made Lisbon his home since 1994.
A fervent soccer fan for as long as he can remember, and a lover of language, a move into soccer journalism was a natural progression. Tom now dedicates most of his time to informing the English-speaking world about Portuguese soccer, especially through the acclaimed website he created in 2003, PortuGOAL.net.
As well as LiveSoccerTV, Tom writes for The Guardian, FourFourTwo, ESPN Soccernet, Champions - The official magazine of the UEFA Champions League and a variety of other publications and websites as a Portuguese soccer expert.
Outside soccer his favourite things include cooking and culinary exploration and messing about on the beach with family and friends.
