The FIFA Men's Ranking may be the most controversial chart in World Football but its importance is crucial for tournament draw seedings.

June 2018 Ranking (Source FIFA)

The May to June FIFA rankings offered very little change in the top 20 hierarchy as the World Cup campaign kicked off on June 14, 2018.

The July rankings will certainly be shake up the table, as many of the top countries had an unsucccessful World Cup tournament. In the top ten list, expect Germany and Brazil to drop points and open up way for teams like France, Belgium, Croatia and England to occupy the top 5 positions. Portugal, Argentina and Spain will likely drop points and can find themselves out of the top 10 spots in the Rankings and opening up spots for countries like Mexico, Urugay, Switzerland and Sweden.
