The Catalan boss emphasized his words to the team's backroom staff, since they are usually overlooked when any team wins a championship.

The former Barcelona boss ended his speech by thanking each and every member of the team "from the bottom of his heart." His audience replied with a round of applause to make the moment even more emotional.
