The American starlet has garnered attention from a number of Premier League giants, but the London side has a plan to beat the competition.

Borussia Dortmund ace Christian Pulisic is one of the hottest young players out there in the world of football. The American starlet has grabbed attention from the likes of Man United and Liverpool, with rumors now linking him with a Signal Iduna Park exit.

However, Chelsea has a plan to beat out the competition. According to the Daily Mail, the London side is ready to offer the Bundesliga outfit one player in exchange for the 19-year-old.

That man is none other than Michy Batshuayi, the Chelsea striker already at BVB on loan. The Belgian forward moved to Germany as a replacement for Aubameyang and has made an excellent start with his new employers.

With five goals in his first three games, Dortmund will want to make Batshuayi’s stay permanent. The club even inquired about a permanent deal rather than a loan back in January, but Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich refused to sell.

Pulisic, however, is valued more than the former Marseille forward, meaning the Blues will have to add money on top of their offer. This deal could be the best-case scenario for the Europa League outfit bound to lose another key player.

Die Schwarzgelben does not want to sell Pulisic, who is under contract until 2020. However, the American has publicly spoken about his desire to play in the Premier League, hinting at an inevitable exit.
