The Argentine boss has been named several times as a potential substitute for Zinedine Zidane as Los Blancos' tactician.

Tottenham Hotspur's boss Mauricio Pochettino traveled with the team to train in Spain. Once today's training session came to an end, the Argentine boss spoke about the possibility of joining Real Madrid in the future.

Contrary to the usual political answer about being devoted to his current team, Pochettino didn't deny that the idea of leaving Tottenham has crossed his mind.

"Football will bring me to where football wants me to be. Jorge Grifa (one of his mentors) told me to focus on the present, to maintain your professionalism and let things happen,"Pochettino told Onda Cero.

The Argentine boss, who joined Tottenham in 2014 after stints at Espanyol and Southampton, admitted that he'd like to take advantage of his current good form, since it may not last forever.

"In football you always have to endure highs and lows whether you are managing in England or in Spain, so it is normal for me to go through this," the coach added.

Pochettino's move to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium could also facilitate Harry Kane's arrival if the Spanish giants made a move to sign the striker. Only time will tell if the Argentine tactician is a good option to coach the current UEFA Champions League holders.
