The Armenian midfielder has fallen down Mourinho's pecking order and has been deemed surplus for the team's requirements.

Manchester United outcast Henrikh Mkhitaryan seems to be on his way out of the team, as the Red Devils have set a £32M asking price for the Armenian midfielder.

The footballer, who strugged last season to become a regular in Jose Mourinho's squad, could pen a new deal this week linking him to Inter Milan, as the Italian giants are willing to make an effort to add him to their squad.

Mkhitaryan reportedly had a disagreement with Jose Mourinho after the team's loss against Chelsea on November 5, and has been left out of every 18-men squad by the Portuguese boss since then.

In order to have "Miki" joining the Serie A side, Inter will need to part ways with some of their players. A swap deal between the two teams involving either Ivan Perisic or Joao Mario isn't off the table, since both players have been named as potential transfer targets for the English giants.

Mkhitaryan has played 17 games for Manchester United this season, scoring just a couple of goals. He's played 58 games and scored 13 goals for the Red Devils in his 18 months with the team.
