Waxy O’Connor’s, a truly authentic Irish Pub & Eatery, invites you to stop in to experience true Irish hospitality! Since opening their doors in December 1997, Waxy’s has provided a warm, yet exuberant atmosphere that feels like home-away-from-home for yacht crew and business professionals alike. Patrons enjoy imported beers and mouth watering traditional Irish and American Fayre. Leave your troubles the door, and come in to watch a rugby or soccer game on the Big Screen TV, relax after a long day at the office, enjoy the company of friends, or maybe meet new ones.


The menu is not the only taste of Ireland at Waxy’s. Proprietor Mark Rohleder has ensured that the entire experience is authentic. The bar, chairs, stools and floor were all built by Truwood Joinery Shop in County Monaghan, Ireland, then crated and shipped to the States, and assembled by the very craftsmen who built them. The dark woods and unique fixtures bring a piece of Ireland to America.
