Los Cafeteros may have to play this game without their best player. Will Japan take advantage of James' absence?

The last group of the 2018 FIFA World Cup kicks off, and the favorite team to win it will try to support suchj claims against the weakest team of this bunch.

Colombia will try to at least repeat their accomplishments in the last World Cup, when they reached the quarter finals. Curiously enough, they will be sharing their group with one of their opponents from four years ago. Coach José Pékerman may not have all of his best men around for this game, since he failed to confirm James Rodríguez's availability for Tuesday's match.

On the other side of the pitch, Akira Nishino's men will try to prove their critics wrong after a woeful pre-World Cup campaign. Nishino's lack of experience contrasts with a highly-talented squad including Keisuke Honda, Shinji Kagawa and Shinji Okazaki, who will be key to the Samurai Blue's hopes for success even if their friendly games prior to the competition don't make their fans as confident as they would like to be.
