Time-Warner Cable is one of the largest cable companies in the United States, with more than seven million subscribers. It traces its history back to 1968, when 16 cable companies banded together to form one larger company called American Television and Communications. ATC was bought by Time, Inc. in 1978. Their current 200+ channel video lineup is fully digital, and in addition to the basic cable TV service, they offer digital telephone and high-speed broadband Internet service that can be bundled for substantial savings.
Time-Warner carries two sports networks that provide live soccer programming, specifically ESPN2 and the Fox Soccer Channel. You can also order their MLS Direct Kick package, which includes 100 U.S. Major League Soccer matches, both during the regular season and during the playoffs and much more.
