Delta Cable has been serving the Municipality of Delta, British Columbia, Canada since 1965, when it was founded by cable TV pioneer W. Stan Thomas. It remains a family-owned business, focused on developing the cable industry in Delta only, and has not spread beyond that municipality's borders. At the current time, Delta Cable offers 60 basic cable channels, more than 100 digital channels, and forty radio channels across its 320 km of fiber-optic and coaxial cable. They also offer high-speed Internet services, though bundling with the cable TV service is not an option.
Delta has only one sports channel that covers soccer, but it's a good one: GOL TV. GOL TV televises an amazing 1,500 soccer matches every year, 24/7, in both English and Spanish. While you're likely to get matches from anywhere, it specializes in Latin American leagues and tournaments.
Delta Cable offers:
High-speed Internet at reasonable prices.
The ability to add a la carte channels (one channel at a time).
Both French and English language options.
Exclusive local programming.
Both classic and digital channel line-ups.
Reception that isn't affected by bad weather, like satellite TV can be.
Strong technical support, based in the local community.
