The Chelsea legend is not having any of the mainstream narrative.

The Blues have had a season very contrasting  to their title-winning campaign last year and this has been majorly attributed to flawed tactics deployed by Antonio Conte. Tensions have risen between the Italian manager and the Chelsea Football Club hierarchy and the former has been tipped to vacate his position at the end of this season.

Although this is merely speculative, the odds are certainly not in the favor of the former Juventus manager if the London club’s history is perused. However club legend, Gianfranco Zola, asserted that Antonio Conte will still be in-charge to call the shots despite the coach being linked with a move to French-side, Paris Saint-Germain.

"Conte and PSG? Antonio is clearly one of the best around and according to me, I think that he will end up staying with Chelsea next season,” Zola stated in an interview with BBC.

“There might be slight issues but these can certainly be fixed....".

Chelsea is currently fighting for a Top 4 spot in the Premiership and also stands the chance to clinch this season’s FA Cup. The Blues set up a semi-final showdown with Southampton via a 2-1 away victory over Leicester City in the quarter-finals of the competition.
