Over 44,000 fans attended Heinz Field to see the women play. There are nine games remaining in this tour including a rematch against Costa Rica.
A record-setting crowd for a soccer game in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania witnessed the United States Women's National Team beat Costa Rica 8-0 in the beginning of a ten-game victory tour. The team managed by Jill Ellis had a field day against their CONCACAF rivals to continue celebrating their World Cup title over the summer.

Her contract had expired a week ago. Ellis holds a 29-2-9 record as the head-coach of the USWNT.
One of the most important pieces in taking the United States to claim a third world title in women's soccer has agreed to renew her contract with the United States Women's National Team. Jill Ellis, the 48-year old coach decided she wants to continue with a project she took on as head coach in May 2014.

USWNT star Alex Morgan met up with Barcelona superstar Andres Iniesta earlier this week, and the two shared a warm kiss together, on the cheek though (the 26-year-old beauty is happily married).

The two crossed paths in Pasadena, as the Blaugrana geared up to face MLS giants LA Galaxy in the 2015 International Champions Cup pre-season tournament.
