It would be disastrous for Champions League Last 8 hopefuls Real Madrid if CSKA Moskva carry the day. However, such a misfortune would still not give a reason for Mourinho and the club to part company.
It’s been speculated in the media that Jose Mourinho could quit the Santiago Bernabeu and return to Stamford Bridge where he served as a manager between 2004 and 2007. The Portuguese man was caught in London by paparazzi a few weeks ago and rumours suggest that the purpose of the trip was a matter of relocation.

With the sacking of compatriot Andre Villas-Boas, more fuel has been added to the claims in the media. For many, it is truly possible that Jose Mourinho will reunite with Roman Abramovich and Chelsea at the end of this season. However, Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo thinks otherwise.

Friday December 9 2011,
Tags: Kaka, El Clasico
There will be no bigger fixture on December 10 than Real Madrid vs Barcelona. This traditional clash, commonly called El Clasico, is getting people from every corner of the world excited.
But Los Blancos, who will be in action on Saturday, do not want to be absorbed by the increasingly catchy atmosphere surrounding the match. According to Kaka, Real Madrid cannot just rely on their current good form to feel safe ahead of their encounter with Barcelona.

“The team is already very good, but I think that we can still get better and develop further,” Kaka told AS.

“We’re on the right track and we have to continue our good work.

“We are thinking about El Clasico, but we don’t really talk about it. It will obviously be a special game, but it’s not the right time to talk about the game.

Pele judges Lionel Messi’s completeness over uninspiring World Cup performances

Friday November 11 2011,
Tags: Pele, Lionel Messi, Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo
Without mentioning the name of Cristiano Ronaldo, Brazilian living legend Pele has given, yet another time, his judgment on Lionel Messi’s status in the world of football.
Pele engaged in a lengthy encounter with The Sun’s Stuart Pink. The topic of Lionel Messi popped up during the interview, to which the World Cup hero responded:

“I think a 'great' player is defined by their performances at the World Cup. For example, watch Lionel Messi play for Barcelona. He is very good. [He is] exceptional.

“But for Argentina, he's completely different. Compare him to Zinedine Zidane.

“He won the World Cup and was at the top for 15 years. He was a more complete player than Messi.”

Cristiano Ronaldo is more complete than Lionel Messi - Brazil's Kaka

Since Cristiano Ronaldo clinched a century of goals at Real Madrid while Lionel Messi hit the 200-goal mark, the rivalry between both players has gone to a new level.
Messi and Ronaldo keep insisting that no individual battle exists between them. However, their claims apparently have no effect on the numerous football fans that constantly get involved in heated debates. As the two stars grow their numbers on the pitch, their rivalry intensifies.

Kaka is the latest football personality to share his opinion on the Cristiano Ronaldo vs Lionel Messi issue. Speaking during Kajuru Pregunta, the Real Madrid and Brazil ace explained his position:

“Messi is like an off road vehicle, but saying who is the best is not relevant as it all depends on what the team does collectively.

Injury denies Real Madrid’s Kaka from making Brazil national team return

Kaka will have to wait much longer before making his national team return. Along with Marcelo, the 29-year-old midfielder’s unavailability for Brazil’s upcoming friendly matches has been confirmed.
The last time Kaka defended his country’s colors on the pitch was back in 2010 when Brazil lost 2-1 to the Netherlands in the quarter-finals of the World Cup. Since the start of this season, however, the Real Madrid player’s performances have been encouraging.

“I had always said, and he was aware of it, that if he returned to form and he started to play regularly again, he would return to the team,” Brazil coach Mano Menezes told the press last month after announcing Kaka’s presence in the roster for November’s Gabon and Egypt match.

Responding to the news, the former AC Milan player left the following message on Twitter:

Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka poised to shine for Real Madrid against Villarreal

Wednesday October 26 2011,

Villarreal apparently find it hard to contain Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka. Tonight, at the Santiago Bernabeu, both are expected to dazzle at the benefit of the in-form Blancos.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka have the habit of scoring against Villarreal. The two superstars have 11 goals between them against the Yellow Submarines. Almost one fifth of the totality of Kaka’s goals for Real Madrid has occurred against Villarreal.

In his first every match against this team following his transfer from AC Milan, the Brazilian midfielder scored a 72nd minute penalty to round up a convincing 2-0 for Real Madrid. Cristiano Ronaldo claimed the previous strike.

The international break didn’t have any negative impact on the fitness of Mourinho’s top assets. Ronaldo, Higuain and Kaka combined to inspire Los Blancos to victory against Real Betis.
Throughout the first quarter of the match, Real Betis approached Real Madrid as if they were not playing at the Santiago Bernabeu. The visitors didn’t seem intimidated by Los Blancos’ home crowd.

Unfortunately, however, they lost Vadillo through injury. The forward had to leave the field on a stretcher in the 18th minute. This blow was meant to help Real Madrid.

But Kaka produced a rather ineffective performance during the first half, leaving the public to wish for the introduction of Sami Khedira. Just a few minutes before Higuain’s opener for Real Madrid, Kaka squandered a huge opportunity.

Cristiano Ronaldo might be given the chance to continue his good form of lateIt will be a return to the Mestalla this weekend for Real Madrid as they take on Valencia in a La Liga match. Three days ago was the last time Mourinho and co visited Valencia's ground and coincidentally, they defeated Barcelona to win the Copa del Rey in a dramatic match that saw Cristiano Ronaldo clinch the winner during extra time.

Nevertheless, tomorrow's occasion does sound like a gigantic clash but the shape of the La Liga table and the prospects of Champions League matches could possible dampen the level of intensity ahead of this clash. The La Liga seems more like a lost battle for Los Blancos as they trail Barca by eight points with only six more matches remaining.

Wednesday January 12 2011,
Tags: Real Madrid, Kaka, Atletico Madrid, Copa del Rey, Jose Mourinho
Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid could be marked by Kaka’s return to Los Blancos’ starting XI. The midfielder has shown great signs as a substitute and this has impressed Mourinho.
Kaka made his first appearance in the 2010/11 La Liga campaign when Real Madrid played away to Getafe on January 3. The Brazilian star enjoyed 15 minutes of football as promised by Jose Mourinho in that particular fixture. He came in for Karim Benzema in the 76th minute and was only inches away from making it a dream return to action with a goal.

Kaka then featured in Real Madrid’s 2-0 defeat away to Levante which didn’t prevent Los Blancos from reaching the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey thanks to an 8-2 aggregate victory. In that game, the star midfielder was granted more playing time as he came off the bench 4 minutes before the hour mark.
