2012 Africa Cup of Nations in UK on British EuroSport

British Eurosport promises to entertain its viewers with exclusive coverage of the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.

British Eurosport will broadcast LIVE matches of the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.The 2012 Africa Cup of Nations will run from January 21 to February 12 this year. A total of 32 matches will take place in co-host countries Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.

British Eurosport will provide live coverage of all the games. Viewers will have the chance to watch the 32 matches in high definition on Eurosport HD. More info concerning the tournament will be provided through Eurosport’s daily broadcast of the “Africa Cup of Nations Special”.

This program will include match previews and reviews packed in 15 minutes. Leroy Rosenior, Jon Roder, Tim Caple, Wayne Boyce and Dan O’Hagan will team up to give the best commentary to British Eurosport viewers during the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.

Asian Cup Football on British Eurosport

British Eurosport will broadcast the AFC Asian Cup which kicks off today (Friday 7 January) at the Khalifa Stadium in Qatar. The final will be held at the same venue on Saturday 29 January.
Staged every four years, the Asian Cup features the top 16 teams with the winner qualifying for the FIFA Confederations Cup. Qatar host the Asian Cup for the first time since 1988 and the tournament has been moved to January from its traditional July fixture to avoid the Qatari summer heat - a move that has could be mirrored for the FIFA 2022 World Cup.

The tournament hosts join China, Kuwait and Uzbekistan in Group A with favourites Japan contesting Group B alongside Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Syria. South Korea will attempt to win their first Asian Cup crown since 1960 and are the top seeds in Group C which includes Australia (competing in only their second Asian Cup tournament since joining the AFC in 2006), Bahrain and India.

Man City's Europa League to air exclusively on British Eurosport

Manchester City’s crucial UEFA Europa League Play-Off, which will determine the club’s progress in Europe this season, will be exclusively live on British Eurosport, this coming Thursday.

The one match agreement between British Eurosport and Endemol Sport will enable Man City fans to follow their team’s progress as they look to build on a 1-0 advantage over Romanian side, Timisoara.
