Diego Costa is a wanted man.

Atletico Madrid ace and current Los Rojiblancos top goal-scorer Diego Costa has been rumored to be on the transfer lists of many of Europe's top clubs. The Brazilian born Spanish forward is currently enjoying a wonderful goal-scoring season as his 27 La Liga goal and 7 Champions League goals puts him in the chase for the European Golden Boot, putting him on the radar of many teams with London duo Chelsea and Arsenal set to be a few.

With a move across to England to join Chelsea reportedly almost complete, Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has come out and stated that he “wouldn't be surprised” if a financially strong European team swooped in for the Rojiblancos talisman, acquiring his services. Simeone made these comments while speaking in a pre-match press conference for the UEFA Champions League semi-finals game where his side will face Costa's rumored next club, Chelsea.

And Simeone's reasoning behind these comments? “Because Diego is different and he's at his very best.”
