This is definitely something that will shock and dismay PSG fans.

According to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, the 29-year-old Brazilian international, who won the Ligue 1 title during his first season in France, is reportedly keen on making an exit from the capital club.

The former Milan defender, who was sold in a joint deal alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the summer of 2012 in a mega-money deal (he was €42 million of it) has quickly grown into a key part of the team and was named captain of the side as a result.

However, unlike his excellent relationship with former manager Carlo Ancelotti, with whom he also worked with whilst in a Rossoneri jersey, he apparently does not enjoy the same rapport with new boss Laurent Blanc.

At odds: Mundo Deportivo claims that T. Silva is not impressed with current manager Laurent Blanc

Then there is the issue of his club's side being dumped out of the Champions League, despite heading into the second leg with a 3-1 advantage.

Disappointment: The Brazilian saw his European dreams fade after losing to Chelsea in London

Indeed, the newspaper goes on to allege that the much-heralded defender is not convinced of his side's ability to become a serious contender on the European stage, despite the tons of money being poured into the club by the team's Arab owner.

If true, he would have no shortage of suitors, with the likes of Barcelona especially keen on his services. The Blaugrana were linked with him whilst he was playing at Milan, yet the Diavolo's management opted to sell him instead to the Ligue 1 title holders.
