Porto coach Luis Castro has come out and praised his Portuguese side, saying “it's good to be Porto coach.” Castro, who is Portuguese himself, went further, claiming it is his players that makes him look good.

The Dragoes boss took over as coach midway during the season after departure of former manager Paulo Fonseca. Castro has thus seen his side put in some good performances with their Europa League triumphs over Italian side Napoli, whom they eliminated, and Spain's Sevilla. This has lead to the coach appreciating his side ahead of their second leg Europa League clash against Sevilla on Thursday, stating that they make his job easy.

"When the students are good, the teacher appears that way,” Castro said in a press conference. “It's good to be Porto coach, not just for the club but for the fantastic players."

"It will be a tough game for both teams. I expect Sevilla to want to win the game and I expect the same from us. We must be bold and balanced, 1-0 would give hope to either side."

Porto went from suffering in the league to claiming vital wins such as the ones over Napoli and Sevilla, since the arrival of Luis Castro
