The news that Arsenal star midfielder Jack Wilshere will be out for six weeks has come as a huge blow to the club. Arsenal are pushing for the Premier League title, one they haven't won since 2004, and the English midfielder's absence will only dent their chances. Furthermore, the identity of the culprit behind Wilshere's injury has sparked outrage amongst the North London club's fanbase.
The injury came in England's international friendly against Denmark and it was a tackle involving Liverpool defender Daniel Agger that resulted in the injury. This has led many Arsenal fans to believe that the tackle was on purpose, calling out foul play. Numerous amounts of Arsenal fans feel the tackle was a move intended to give Liverpool an edge over Arsenal in the Premier League by taking out a rival team's key player.
