Barcelona's controversial signing, Brazilian poster boy Neymar, has fast tracked his recovery from the injury he sustained two weeks ago and is highly likely to be available for Barcelona's clash with Premier League heavyweights Manchester City at the Etihad come Feb 18th.

The Brazilian suffered a knock to the ankle on 16th Jan vs Granada, prompting physios to peg his return between 3 and 4 weeks. Nonetheless, barely 2 weeks later, Neymar is back on the training pitch with hopes of rejoining his teammates imminently.

Manchester City talisman kun Aguero, in the meantime, will spend around a month on the sidelines after pulling his hamstring during City's 5-1 win over Spurs on Wednesday. This latest setback will not only see him miss two fixtures against Chelsea but also the Barcelona game later this month.
Aguero's absence could have ramifications for Pellegrini's side especially if the likes of Messi, Sanchez, Pedro and Fabregas all stay fit and manager Martino is able to field a full-strength side.
