For fans of Mexican soccer, the place to have their eyes fixed all season is Telemundo. The Spanish language channel resumes its live broadcast of the Liga MX with a thrilling encounter as hosts Leon and Atlante clash against each other to kick off their respective 2013 Apertura campaign.
The home supporters will be expecting their team to gain maximum points in the quest to remain in the First Division and possibly clinch title number six. Finishing the first semester of the year 2013 with 16 points and in 15th place was a big embarrassment for Leon.
It would take great effort for Gustavo Matosas’ men to emulate their 2012 achievements which saw them finish third in the regular season and grab a semi-final playoff spot.
