Mario Balotelli will reinforce the Rossoneri as they look to return to winning ways against Catania at the San Siro on Sunday.

After three successive league games without a victory, AC Milan will be desperate to get back on track when they entertain mid-table Catania in what promises to be an entertaining encounter at the San Siro stadium on Sunday.

Milan, who were beaten 1-0 by fierce rivals Juventus last weekend, currently sit in third position of the Serie A with 59 points, seven points behind second-placed Napoli, with 66 points.

The Rossoneri will be looking to claim maximum points against Catania in order to move closer towards assuring themselves of a place in the UEFA Champions League next season.

What will boost Milan's chances of putting an end to their three-game winless drought is the return of striker Mario Balotelli. The former Manchester City front-man is available after completing a two-game ban and will lead the line alongside Stephan El Shaarawy.

Midfielders Kevin-Prince Boateng and Matthieu Flamini will also return to action after missing the clash with Juventus last weekend through injury and suspension, respectively.

However, captain Massimo Ambrosini will miss the game after sustaining an ankle injury against the Bianconeri at Juventus Stadium.

Opponents Catania head into the clash following a heated 1-1 draw with fellow Sicilians Palermo last weekend, and will be looking to cause a major upset at the San Siro in order to keep alive their dream of reaching the Europa League next season.

Catania, who haven't beaten Juventus since 2006, will be unable to count with the services of Argentine goalkeeper Mariano Andujar, who is suspended after receiving his marching orders in the Sicilian derby. Nicolas Spolli and Giuseppe Bellusci willl also serve suspensions.

Meanwhile, it is unknown whether captain Mariano Izco will be at full fitness to participate against Milan. If he fails to recover from injury in time, he will most likely be replaced by Lucas Castro.
