Watch the UEFA Europa League semis live - Fenerbahce vs Benfica and Basel vs Chelsea live on Thursday, April 25, 2013.Miami Beach, Florida (April 22, 2013) – Since the start of the 2012/13 UEFA Europa League campaign, 200 matches have been played and 506 goals have been scored. The road to the Amsterdam Arena continues for four teams from four different countries – England’s Chelsea, Portugal’s Benfica, Turkey’s Fenerbahçe and Switzerland’s FC Basel.

Since the start of the 2012/13 UEFA Europa League campaign, (@LiveSoccerTV) has been around to provide users with exclusive worldwide live stream and TV schedules data – the fruit of intense research packaged for each Europa League fixture ahead of each Matchday. As the competition enters its semi-final stage, Live Soccer TV is pleased to offer you information on where to watch Basel vs Chelsea and Fenerbahçe vs Benfica live at 15:05 EST / 19:05 GMT / 21:05 CET on Thursday, April 25, 2013.

The UEFA Europa League title has become Chelsea’s only hope for silverware this season. After crashing out from the FA Cup semis in what turned out to be a rather dirty match against Manchester City at Wembley, the Blues will be looking to put themselves back together and reach their first tournament final under interim manager Rafael Benitez.

Chelsea successfully passed the Rubin test but the challenge against FC Basel could be much more difficult. Under their belt, the Swiss contenders have two incredible achievements against English sides:

Firstly, a victory against Manchester United which demoted the latter from the UEFA Champions League to the UEFA Europa League last season. Secondly, a penalty shoot-out triumph over Andre Villas-Boas’ energetic and ambitious Tottenham Hotspur in the quarter-finals of this year’s competition.

Benfica are flying high domestically. The Eagles have one hand on the Portuguese Primeira Liga title thanks to their four-point lead over second-placed FC Porto with four rounds to go. Benfica knocked out Newcastle United in the Last 8 of the UEFA Europa League. The contest was dramatic, a heart-breaking experience for the Magpies who were a goal away from turning things around until Cardozo banged in a last-minute equalizer to win the tie 4-2 for Benfica.

The real test for the Lisbon-based giants comes up this Thursday. Can they soak up the pressure of the hostile atmosphere that will be created by Fenerbahçe’s home supporters? Borussia Monchengladbach (surprise 3-0 winners) registered Fenerbahçe’s only home defeat of the campaign back in December 2012. Benfica will be looking to emulate the Germans who lost to Lazio in the Round of 32 before the latter fell to Fenerbahçe in the quarter-finals. Fenerbahçe vs Benfica promises to be one high-octane battle!
