The red-hot Rossoneri will be after their fourth successive league victory when they visit Chievo Verona on Saturday.

AC Milan will attempt to claim a victory over Chievo Verona on Saturday that could possibly allow them to overtake Napoli in second place of the Serie A standings.

The Rossoneri trail Napoli by just two points, meaning that if they manage to rack up the three points in Verona and Napoli lose against Torino they would move into second place. However, they would still find themselves far away from league leaders Juventus.

Milan come into the clash having won their last three league games, against Palermo, Genoa and Lazio, and will rate their chances of making it number four at the Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi.

Star striker Mario Balotelli has added an extra dimension to their attack, and with three international goals in two games against Brazil and Malta, the former Manchester City striker is in electric form.

Balotelli will spearhead Milan's attack, alongside Stephan El Shaarawy, another youngster with immense potential, but who has dipped in form in the second half of the season.

Massimiliano Allegri will have to deal with the absences of Giampaolo Pazzini, Kevin-Prince Boateng and Nigel de Jong, who are all injured.

While, he could rest Mattia De Sciglio, who has accumulated fatigue after having represented the Italian national team for the very first time. His likely replacement could be Kevin Constant.

Rivals Chievo are also in good form with two victories in their last two games, against Napoli and Pescara, and will be hoping to extend this to three games against Milan.

Chievo, who lie in fifteenth place on the table, will have to find replacements for Nikos Spyropoulos, Gennaro Sardo and Mamado Samassa, who are all injured.

The hosts will be hoping to avenge their 5-1 thrashing to Milan earlier in the season, with a win that could see them climb as high as to ninth position on the table.
