A battling Chelsea side which has produced two wonderful comebacks this week will take part in a London derby this weekend.

Team News

Oriol Romeu remains the only absentee for Chelsea. For West Ham, Joe Cole has a hamstring problem. Kevin Nolan, George McCartney and Mark Noble are set to have late fitness tests to determine their eligibility for this one. Both Daniel Potts and Matthew Taylor are suffering from the aftereffects of concussion.

Analysis

Chelsea’s spirit must surely have been given a boost due to their performances in their previous two matches. Chelsea played wonderfully to come back from deficits both times. Against Steaua, they overturned the deficit from the first leg on Thursday. The Londoners will be looking forward to welcoming old foes West Ham. The Blues will look to avenge the crushing 3-1 defeat they suffered at the hands of their London opponents in December.
