Runaway Premier League leaders Manchester United welcome a Reading side in woeful form this weekend.

Team News

Darren Fletcher, Phil Jones and Paul Scholes are all out for Manchester United. Nani is a doubt for this match. Adam Federici and Jason Roberts are both out for Reading. Pavel Pogrebnyak is suspended. Jimmy Kebe is doubtful due to a groin injury.

Analysis

Manchester United will try to recover from a shock draw against Chelsea last week. While the result was not a shock, the manner in which it occurred was. United threw away a 2-0 lead and will now need a replay to advance to the semifinals of the FA Cup. The league leaders have not been able to dispose of Reading easily this season.

However, the second from bottom side is suffering currently; they have lost their previous four Premier League matches. This will be their first game without Brian McDermott. Caretaker manager Eamonn Dolan will manage them in this one. United should take all three points yet again.
