Benoit Assou Ekoto could return for Spurs this weekend after returning from a knee injury. Younes Kaboul is out for this one with a knee injury and isn’t scheduled to return before February. Jason Roberts is doubtful for Reading due to a thigh problem while Alex McCarthy is out for most of the remainder of the season with a shoulder injury.
Analysis
Tottenham Hotspur has sometimes seemed happy to be away from home this season. They have a good home record. However, they seem to be able to attack with more freedom away from home. Spurs will be ready for Reading though this week. They will attack with all their might. Reading will sit back and absorb the pressure. They are capable of scoring goals. However, their defence has been ripped apart this season. They can take confidence from their clean sheet during the weekend though.
