Last weekend, Internazionale took a giant step in their hunt for the Scudetto by defeating Napoli. The latter have now gone down to third in the standings and will close Matchday 17 with a home match against Bologna whereas the former will engage in a nerve-racking battle away to Lazio on Saturday.
Juventus will host Atalanta on Sunday as league leaders no matter what happens in Inter’s encounter. Milan maintained the seventh spot with an entertaining 4-2 win over Torino last week but upcoming opponents Pescara are in confident mood after dismantling Genoa 2-0 lately.
Elsewhere, Roma could break in the top four if they clinch their 10th victory of their Italian Serie A campaign.
