The Rossoneri will be hoping to continue their recent revival when they battle with Chievo at the San Siro on Saturday.

After a disastrous beginning to their Serie A campaign this season, Milan have finally found their form, and will be looking for what would be their first successive home victory of the season against Chievo.

Milan, who have beaten Chievo in their last ten meetings, showed their fighting spirit in their dramatic 2-2 draw with Palermo on Tuesday.

Massimiliano Allegri's side came from two goals down to snatch a miraculous point thanks to late goals from Riccardo Montolivo and 20-year-old starlet Stephan El Shaarawy. That result should defintely boost the side ahead of their clash with 15th-placed Chievo.

Milan, who have been without the likes of Robinho, Kevin-Prince Boateng and Luca Antonini for much of the season don't count with the greatest of squads when compared to those of rivals Juventus and Inter Milan, following the departure of a number of key players last season, including Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva. But regardless of this, they will still be pressured to at least finish in the top-three this season.

In order to achieve this, the Rossoneri will have to begin to win matches, especially against teams who appear to be inferior to them. Winning games at the San Siro is always a necessity for the Italian giants.

Against Chievo, Allegri is expected to opt for a 3-4-3 tactical formation, where he is likely to make two changes to his starting eleven. Bojan Krkic and Urby Emanuelson will replace Kevin Constant and Mathieu Flamini. While Bojan will strengthen a forward line that already consists of Alexandre Pato and El Shaarawy, Emanuelson will reinforce Milan's four-man midfield.

Rivals Chievo have picked up their game since the arrival of new boss Eugenio Corini, who has led the side to an impressive three victories in their last five matches. Prior to his appointment, the Gialloblu had suffered five successive defeats when under the guidance of Domenico Di Carlo.

For the Milan clash, Corini will have to make do without the services of four players, these being Alberto Paloschi, Lorenzo Squizzi, Gennaro Sardo and Cesar. The coach was delighted with the squad that beat Pescara rather comfortably midweek, and is expected to make only one change to that side, by replacing Perparim Hetemaj with Marco Rigoni.
