AS Monaco vs Newcastle United opens ESPN UK’s pre-season friendly matches coverage on Monday, July 16. Also live on ESPN UK is Newcastle United’s game against Turkish giants Fenerbahce and Liverpool’s encounter against Canada’s Toronto FC on 21 Saturday July.
Three more club friendlies take place on July 24. They include English giants Arsenal against Malaysia Selection and David Beckham’s LA Galaxy against Tottenham Hotspur. See former FC Porto and Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas sit in the dugout as Spurs’ new coach for the first time.
There is more on Spurs’ pre-season campaign thanks to ESPN UK’s live broadcast of the club’s friendly matches against bitter rivals Liverpool, MLS side New York Red Bulls and Spanish team Valencia. Arsenal’s other two games in the Far East against Barclays Premier League champions Manchester City and Hong Kong Kitchee are part of ESPN’s pre-season program.
