While champions Juventus will be looking to end the season unbeaten, only one of four clubs will be able to join them and Milan in next season's competition.

May 13, 2012: AC Milan vs Novara

The Rossoneri come into their final game of the season knowing that they came so close to the title, but ended up losing it to what proved to be worthy winners. Having suffered a devastating defeat to arch-rivals Inter Milan last weekend, Massimiliano Allegri's side will be hoping to finish the season on a high note. While it is more than likely to be Allegri's last game in charge of Milan, no less than three Milan veterans recently announced that it will be the last time they will be seen in a Milan jersey, these being former Italian internationals Alessandro Nesta, Gennaro Gattuso and Filippo Inzaghi. It will surely be an emotional farewell for the trio at the San Siro on Sunday.

Probable Starting Line-ups:

Milan - Amelia, Zambrotta, Nesta, Yepes, Mesbah, Gattuso, Van Bommel, Nocerino, Seedorf, Ibrahimovic and Inzaghi.

Novara - Fontana, Morganella, Lisuzzo, Garcia, Gemiti, Porcari, Pesce, Jensen, Rigoni, Morimoto and Jeda.

Prediction: Milan 3-1 Novara

May 13, 2012: Juventus vs Atalanta

Despite having clinched their 28th Scudetto last weekend, the Bianconeri still won't relax until they win their final game of the season against Atalanta at the Juventus Arena. Antonio Conte's side have the rare opportunity to end the season unbeaten in each and every one of their 38 games, and will surely strive to equal the invincible Perugia side of 1978-79 and that of Milan 1991-92, who went a full season without suffering a single defeat. Having not lost to Atalanta in almost eight years Juventus are odds on favourites to write a new chapter into their already illustrious history books. When the sides met earlier in the season, Juventus secured a comfortable 2-0 win.

Probable Starting Line-ups:

Juventus - Buffon, Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Marchisio, Giaccherini, Vucinic and Borriello.

Atalanta - Frezzolini, Raimondi, Manfredini, Bellini, Peluso, Schelotto, Cigarini, Cazzola, Bonaventura, Gabbiadini and Denis.

Prediction: Juventus 2-0 Atalanta

May 13, 2012: Lazio vs Inter Milan

The Stadio Olimpico awaits what is expected to be a hotly-contested clash between two sides who still have a shot at Champions League qualification. Lazio, who lead Inter by a single point, know that if they beat Inter and Udinese lose to Catania they will qualify for Europe's maximum club competition. Meanwhile, rivals Inter have a significantly more complicated scenario, as despite winning five of their eight games since the arrival of Andrea Stramaccioni, in order to qualify for the Champions League they need to obtain a victory over Lazio, and then pray that Napoli fail to overcome Siena and Udinese lose to Catania. In other words, Inter need a miracle to have a shot at being European champions next season. When Inter met Lazio in January, the Nerazzurri claimed a 2-1 victory thanks to strikes from Diego Milito and Giampaolo Pazzini.

Probable Starting Line-ups:

Lazio - Bizzarri, Konko, Diakite, Biava, Scaloni, Gonzalez, Ledesma, Candreva, Mauri, Lulic and Klose.

Inter - Castellazzi, Maicon, Lucio, Samuel, Nagatomo, Zanetti, Cambiasso, Guarin, Alvarez, Milito and Pazzini.

Prediction: Lazio 1-1 Inter

May 13, 2012: Napoli vs Siena

Napoli will be in search of a victory that could possibly earn them a spot in the Champions League for consecutive years when they battle with Siena at the Stadio San Paolo. But for this to happen not only do Napoli have to earn the three points, but they have to rely on Udinese dropping points against Catania. However, what drastically reduces their chances of obtaining qualification is the fact that they will be unable to count with the services of three key players, including Uruguayan talisman Edinson Cavani, who is suspended. This will be a huge blow for Walter Mazzarri's side, but they will still play their hearts out to achieve their objective. Napoli and Siena met in the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia earlier this season, with the Neapolitans progressing to the final, where they will meet Juventus on May 20, following a 3-2 aggregate victory.

Probable Starting Line-ups:

Napoli - De Sanctis, Grava, Britos, Cannavaro, Dossena, Hamsik, Inler, Gargano, Maggio, Pandev and Lavezzi.

Siena - Pegolo, Belmonte, Contini, Terzi, Vitiello, Vergassola, Gazzi, Brienza, Grosso, Larrondo and Destra.

Prediction: Napoli 1-0 Siena
