With only four rounds left to play in the Serie A this season the coach believes his side are the firm favourites to clinch the title.
Antonio Conte is convinced that Juventus will shake off the threat posed by AC Milan to become the Italian champions.

Juventus find themselves three points clear of Milan at the league summit, and will be hoping to take a giant leaps towards the Scudetto by picking up the three points at the Stadio Comunale Silvio Piola against lowly Novara on Sunday.

The Bianconeri still remain unbeaten in the Serie A this season, and will be looking to extend their impressive winning streak to eight games by the hand of Conte.

"I do believe in the Scudetto, seeing as where we are right now," Conte declared to reporters during a press conference.

"Let's not forget where we came from, this is a source of pride. We have the possibility to write an important page in Juve's history. We are playing so many matches in such a short space of time, we are thinking match after match. My players have matured a lot and I am proud of them."

Conte then turned his attention to Sunday's fixture against relegation candidates Novara.

"Novara always play good soccer. Compared to the match against Cesena, who played a very defensive game, we will find a side who will try to play their own game," explained the coach.

Meanwhile, veteran striker Alessandro Del Piero also admitted that Juventus are the odds on favourites to lift the title, but still remained cautious about the possibility of losing it.

"We are in a clearly privileged position, but if you look at what has happened this season in the league, you realise the dangers which lurk behind every game," he said.

"The match against Novara will be hard and we must give our best. It will be the most important match of the season."

If Juventus manage to obtain a victory over Novara, and Milan fail to overcome Siena, the Bianconeri will practically be assured of the much sought after title.
