Once again the outspoken former Brazil World Cup winner has rated Neymar above Messi.
Pele has affirmed that he believes Lionel Messi isn't the best player in the world, not to mention the best of all time.

According to the three-time World Cup winner, young Santos and Brazil striker Neymar is a better player than the Barcelona and Argentina superstar, and he also went on to say that Messi doesn't even deserve a place amongst the world's best ever players.

Messi, who has been named FIFA World Player of the Year for three consecutive years, has been brought to the conversation over who is the best player of all time, due to his absolutely sublime performances for European and world champions Barcelona.

Throughout the years, the debate has involved Pele and Diego Maradona, but since Messi has come into the conversation 'O Rei' has been consistently biased towards him, by saying that the Argentine international isn't even at the level of Neymar.

"There's always this Maradona comparison, saying that he's better than Pele. Now some are saying that Messi is better than Pele. Well, he has to be better than Neymar first, which he isn't yet. He has more experience," Pele declared, during Santos' centennial year celebrations.

Last December Messi scored twice as Barcelona thumped Neymar's Santos 4-0 to clinch the FIFA Club World Cup in Japan.

According to the press, Neymar has great chances of joining Messi at Barcelona at the conclusion of the Brazil 2014 World Cup.
