Inter Milan midfielder Esteban Cambiasso admitted that he is very excited about the prospect of facing arch-rivals AC Milan in a crucial Serie A clash at the San Siro stadium on Sunday night.
The experienced Argentine international believes that it will be a hotly contested encounter between two in-form sides that could be decided by a single moment of inspiration.
"No one can ever predict which way the derby will go. This time both teams are passing through good moments," Cambiasso declared to Inter Milan's official website, in relation to the fact that while they thumped Parma 5-0 on the weekend, AC Milan also picked up a positive result in a 2-0 win at Atalanta.
"Even if you think things are even, all it takes is a penalty or a red card in the early moments of the match to hinder one's plans. The one thing that we can be certain of is that it will be, as always, a thrilling match," added the 31-year-old midfielder.
If Inter manage to inflict a defeat upon the Italian champions at the San Siro stadium on Sunday they would extend their winning streak to six matches.
