France coach Bruno Bini has captain Soubeyrand available for the match. Number 10 Camille Abily, who missed her spot kick against England last weekend, will partner with Elise Bussaglia in midfield with the mission of mastering the USA’s strong combination of midfielders.

In goal, Sapowicz has been tasked to deal with the fiery of Cheney and veteran player Abby Wambach. France have recorded only 1 clean sheet so far against Canada in the group stages of the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

France’s starting XI:

Sapowicz, Georges, Meilleroux, Soubeyrand, Bompastor, Abily, Lepailleur, Necib, Bussaglia, Thiney, Delie
