Two of the best teams in Europe are set to battle it out at Wembley. Wondering what to bet? Live Soccer TV explains a few things that you should avoid betting on.

1) Lionel Messi Will Not Score - A simple statement that can easily be outdrove by simple statistics. 52 goals in 54 matches for Barcelona this season virtually speaks for himself. And considering that the Argentinean has previously scored against Manchester United, the possibilities are certainly endless when Messi meets United.

2) Darron Gibson To Snatch The Winner - Darron Gibson's popularity level within the United fans can be demonstrated by the 'twitter incident' that took place last month or so. Gibson created a twitter account, only to shut it down after a few hours following terrible outbursts from United fanatics over his capabilities. If you really want to bet something on Gibson, then at least predict that he will be left out of the matchday squad at Wembley. Now that's something realistic.

3) The Match Will End Scoreless Before Moving Into Extra Time - Barcelona's exquisite style of play will see them scoring a goal at least during the regular 90 minutes. Better still, Sir Alex Ferguson's promise to field an attacking side definitely increases the probability. Only one scoreless draw has emerged in the last 10 encounters between these two sides.

4) Andres Iniesta To Be Sent Off - Do not kid anybody by saying this. Iniesta has never been sent off in his career so far and while the Barca player's are not new to controversies, Iniesta is definitely not the man to be sent off at Wembley.

5) A Wild Celebration From Gerard Pique If He Scores The Winner - Gerrard Pique is a former Devils himself. The Spanish defender moved from Nou Camp to Old Trafford in 2004, making 23 appearance and scoring two goals before re-joining Barca in 2008. Pique still keeps a good relationship with his former teammates- something that is very obvious through twitter and one would be mad to think that Pique will do a 'Gary Neville' style of celebration if he scores the winner.

6) Paul Scholes To Be Given A Spot On The Starting Line-Up - How many times have we said this before? For all his exemplary passing attributes mixed with his impeccable intelligence on the pitch, Paul Scholes has the capabilities to turn from 'Hero' to 'Zero'. He might be a veteran footballer but one thing that Scholes has never been able to master is the timing of his tackles. And in a match of this magnitude against Barcelona, the last thing Sir Alex Ferguson would want is being reduced to 10 men.

7) Sir Alex Ferguson To Be Seated Throughout The Match - The presence of Sir Alex on the United touchline is a rare sight nowadays, as he prefers to analyze the match directly from his seat. However, when we have a moment that will not appear as a second chance for the Red Devils again, expect Sir Alex to be shouting instructions from the touchline throughout the match. For most of the game at least.

8) Expect Zero Controversy - This is probably the worst prediction you can make. Barcelona's matches in recent times have all been marred by serious controversies with the latest one taking place during the Champions League semi final clash with Real Madrid. Barcelona have always had some imminent 'good luck' with officiating whenever they seem to be in a losing position during a massive Champions League clash.

9) Eric Abidal To Be Voted As Man Of The Match - Something absolutely unlikely indeed. In the last 10 Champions League finals, only one defender has emerged as Man Of The Match and it's the legendary Paolo Maldini. Abidal isn't probably quite at Maldini's level yet and for the fullback to earn this recognition, he would have to at least score a goal against United. Again, it's impossible when we consider that Abidal has only scored twice in his career so far.

10) A Pre-Match War Will Explode Between Sir Alex Ferguson and Pep Guardiola - Pep Guardiola's ugly part were definitely revealed prior to the Champions League match between Real Madrid and Barcelona after Jose Mourinho taunted his counterpart. Nevertheless, something similar is unlikely to happen between Sir Alex and Pep with both managers declaring mutual respect for each other already.
