A Canarinha is still unbeaten in the competition, and they will want to keep it that way when they host Venezuela. Don't miss this game with our detailed guide.

Brazil will try to add one more win to their perfect start of the CONMEBOL World Cup Qualifiers this weekend, when the Verdeamarelha hosts Venezuela. The match might seem a bit one-sided on paper, but La Vinotinto has found a way to steal points away from the Brazilian side when playing away, and that is something that Tite's men will try to avoid.

A Canarinha kicked off their road to Qatar 2022 with wins against Bolivia (5-0) y Perú (4-2). During those games, Neymar stepped up to become the leader Brazil needs, even leapfrogging Ronaldo in the all-time goalscorers' list. PSG's star will be back with the team trying to add more goals to his tally, while players like Roberto Firmino, Vinicius Junior, and Gabriel Jesús ready to help him in any way they can.

Despite the good vibes Tite's men display, the team will have to deal with some key absences. Players such as Eder Militao and Casemiro were ruled out after testing positive for COVID-19, while Philippe Coutinho and Fabinho will have to watch this game at home due to their respective injuries.

As for Venezuela, the team coached by José Peseiro will try to win their first points of the qualifiers after losing their first two matches against Colombia (3-0) and Paraguay (1-0). Venezuela has never been able to play a World Cup match, and if things keep going as last month, the thought of watching players such as Salomón Rondón, Tomás Rincón or Wuilker Fariñez playing in Qatar seems far-fetched. The good thing for Venezuela is that the aforementioned players have been called up to try and shift the tide.

Coach Peseiro will also have to deal with some key absences for this game. Josef Martínez will not be around with the team until 2021, while Luis Manuel Seijas and Mikel Villanueva were not able to attend Peseiro's call up due to their respective injuries.
