Tottenham Hotspur will welcome Manchester United to the Tottenham Stadium in their first game after the suspension of the Premier League season. In the Premier League, Manchester United's last defeat came against Burnley on Matchday 26 where they lost by two goals to nil. At the moment, the main objective for the club is to secure a Champions League place for next season. Three points separate the Reds and fourth-placed Chelsea. A win at Spurs will lift Ole's side past the Blues - who will travel to Aston Villa a day after - on goal difference.

The suspension of the league has proved to be a blessing in disguise for clubs who had a lengthy injury list and Tottenham Hotspur is one such. Kane, Son, Bergwijn, and Sissoko have all made successful recoveries from injuries and should be in contention for places in Friday's blockbuster clash. Jose Mourinho faces a selection dilemma with Giovanni Lo Celso, Tanguy Ndombele, Sissoko, Harry Winks and Gedson Fernandes all available as midfield options.
Nevertheless, the Portuguese manager will be required to deal with the absence of Dele Alli. The Englishman was handed a one-match ban by the English FA for improper conduct after posting an offensive video relating to the coronavirus pandemic on his social media page.
For Manchester United, both Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford are available for selection after respective spells on the treatment table. There are no players suspended in the Red Devils' camp.
