When in doubt, Lionel Messi is the man you should call to save the day!
That is exactly what happened during the game between Villarreal and Barcelona, which started with Los Blaugranas claiming a 2-0 lead before the first twenty minutes. Then, the Yellow Submarine scored four times to earn themselves a comfortable 4-2 lead. It would be over for most teams, but Lionel Messi only plays for Barcelona...
Messi played 30 minutes for Los Blaugranas, and he made them count when it matters most. The Argentine led a late comeback with a massive free kick goal, and then, he took a corner kick that ended in the back of the net thanks to Luis Suárez's left-footed shot.
With that goal, Messi set yet another milestone in La Liga. Here's why.

Have a look at Messi's record-breaking golazo (Image might be geo-restricted).
Lionel Messi has now scored six free-kicks in LaLiga this season; no one else in any of Europe's top five leagues has more than three.
