The teenage sensation will not get his wish to move away from the London club granted.

Chelsea starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi is set to stay at the club beyond the winter transfer window amid persistent interest from Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich. Over the weekend, the 18-year-old English winger reportedly handed in an official transfer request to force a move away from the Blues but saw his request blocked by the London club.

Hudson-Odoi went on to score in Chelsea's 3-0 FA Cup victory over Sheffield Wednesday, living up to the hype that has seen fans calling for his frequent inclusion in Maurizio Sarri's game plan. Speaking after the cup win, the 18-year-old attacker admitted being uncertain about his future.

"I don't know; I can't say (whether he will stay or leave Chelsea).

"I'll keep working hard and you never know what will happen."

However, according to German publication Bild, a January move to Bayern Munich is simply out of the question for the teenager as per the words of those in charge of transfers at Chelsea. Teammate of the English starlet, Antonio Rudiger, also admonished the Blues to do everything in their power to keep hold of the prodigy.

"What I can say is clear: Chelsea have to make him stay," he told the Evening Standard.

"It will be a pity if this young talent leaves us. He decides his future but Chelsea needs to give him a new contract."

Bayern Munich has already seen a host of offers for Hudson-Odoi turned down by Chelsea. The latest to have been submitted by the Bavarians is said to be in the region of 35 million pounds.
