The 18-year-old English attacker is on the German giant's radar and is tipped to leave Stamford Bridge for the Bundesliga.

Callum Hudson-Odoi has found his name in headlines as of late. All the talk surrounding the Chelsea youngster involves rumors of an exit, with Bayern Munich being tipped as his likely destination.

The German giant sees the 18-year-old Englishman as a talented attacker and is thus willing to offer him two things Chelsea won't in order to steal him from the Blues. The first is playing time and the second is a lucrative deal.

According to the Sun, the Bundesliga defending champion is ready to make the teenager their marquee signing of the transfer window. This will come with the promise of regular first-team football, which has been hard to come by at Stamford Bridge.

Sarri is in need of attacking reinforcements due to the struggles of Giroud and Moratta to score week in, week out. However, the Italian boss has turned to Gonzalo Higuain, who should arrive in London in time for Thursday's Carabao Cup semi-final clash with Tottenham.

Morata will likely be shipped out, but this will not matter for Hudson-Odoi's situation. His Premier League employers are trying to tie him down with a new deal, as they recognize his talent, but their offer when compared to Bayern's could be another reason for his potential exit.

The report states that the Germans are willing to offer him a four-and-a-half year deal reportedly worth around $26M. The Englishman would pocket almost $110K per week should he accept that bid and would be earning playing team for a European giant.

All of this might prove too hard to turn down. While Sarri has praised the youngster and insisted that he wishes to see him stay, Hudson-Odoi could be another English starlet to leave the Premier League to establish themselves elsewhere, following suite of Dortmund ace Jadon Sancho.

The Blues' next game is a crucial English top-flight clash with Arsenal. Whether the Chelsea teenager will feature in this tie remains unknown. Leaving him on the bench for the entire 90 minutes, however, would only play in the Bavarians' favor.
