Manchester United midfield star Paul Pogba has received massive plaudits for the manner in which he set up his side's first goal against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday. The epic Premier League clash took off on a high note with both sides consistently flaunting their attacking prowess.
However, it was Manchester United who broke the deadlock following a sharp buildup. After seeing Harry Kane's strike ruled offside and Hugo Lloris deny Anthony Martial the satisfaction of netting from a tight angle, Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford combined to pull off a great goal for the Red Devils.
The Frenchman spotted the run of the young attacker and found him with an inch-perfect pass from deep inside midfield. The Englishman subsequently beat Jan Vertongen to the ball with pace and blasted his effort past Tottenham's Hugo Lloris.
Paul Pogba's moment of genius has since drawn a lot of praise from the football fan base on social media. The arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has brought renewed zeal for the 25-year-old Frenchman who has now registered four goals and four assists under the Norwegian manager.
