The Spanish center back gave Real Madrid the lead before the end of the first half in their Copa del Rey clash.

Spanish defender Sergio Ramos has had some interesting stats when it comes to scoring goals, but this day will forever live in his memory, as he hit the 100-goal milestone against Leganés.

The veteran center back joined players such as Ronald Koeman and Daniel Passarella in an exclusive list of defenders to have scored 100 or more goals in their career. Ramos reached the milestone in a season where he has scored seven goals, six of them coming from the penalty spot.

Ramos has found the back of the net 80 times while wearing Real Madrid's jersey. Added to that, the former Sevilla footballer scored three goals with his boyhood club. Furthermore, the player has scored 17 goals with La Roja. Last, but not least, fourteen of those goals have come from the PK spot, which means that 86 of those goals have come in open play.
