Real Madrid vs Leganes

This game kicks off at 15:30 ET/20:30 GMT on Wednesday on beIN Sports in the USA; DAZN and beIN Sports in Canada; and Movistar+ and beIN Sports in Spain. Real Madrid looks to bounce back after enduring an abysmal start to 2019 in which they drew their first game 2-2 at Villarreal before losing 2-0 at home to Real Sociedad.

Modric is one of Real Madrid's underperforming stars this season

This has brought Solari under scrutiny once more, as rumors linking Mourinho with the Santiago Bernabeu job continue. A number of Los Blancos' top players are yet to perform this season, including Ballon d'Or winner Luka Modric, while Bale is facing criticism and a fine for leaving their most recent game early after failing to make the squad due to an injury.

Catch this game at 15:30 ET/20:30 GMT on Thursday on beIN Sports and Radio Barca in the USA; DAZN, beIN Sports, and DAZN in Canada; Radio Barca in Australia; and TVE La 1 and Gol in Spain.

Barcelona began 2019 with a win over Getafe and they will be keen on maintaining that form when they resume their Copa del Rey title defense. Valverde has been preparing his players for this tie but most of the attention has been on Denis Suarez's reported switch to Arsenal. This tie will be a welcomed distraction from the transfer rumors.
