The Brazilian shot-stopper decided to cut-short his holidays to have his new deal signed as soon as possible.

Despite earlier rumors linking goalkeeper Alisson Becker to Chelsea, his move to Liverpool will be sealed in the next few hours.

Becker was spotted at Sardinia with his family, following Brazil's early exit from the FIFA World Cup. The goalkeeper decided to cut short his vacation to seal the deal today, and he was spotted at Roma's international airport earlier today, where he is supposed to be taking a plane to Liverpool.

The transfer will be quite profitable for Roma, his former club, as the Reds and the Giallorossi have finalized the deal at $87M (some 75 million euros). This will set a new record for the transfer of any goalkeeper, beating the record set by Manchester City when they signed Ederson away from Benfica on a $61M transfer.

This will be the second record-breaking transfer by Liverpool this year, following Virgil Van Dijk's move from Southampton back in January.
