Kenny Dalglish predicted that Liverpool's new attacking look which comprises of Steven Gerard, Raul Meireles, Andy Carroll and Luiz Suarez are going to cause shivers for opponents when they all merge together.
Luiz Suarez made an instant impact last night when he came from the substitute’s bench to score the winner for Liverpool in the English Premier League match against Stoke City. After signing from Ajax Amsterdam, Luis Suarez was placed on the bench for the game at Anfield as Liverpool played with Dirk Kuyt alone upfront in a 3-5-1-1 formation.

Raul Meireles scored the first goal before Suarez added the winner after coming off the bench. Now Kenny Dalglish believes that when all four of these players merge together in a system, opposition defense can expect turmoil in their department.

"I really believe we will start to frighten some of the opposition when they come here when we've got Luis, Carroll, Gerard, and Meireles all together," Dalglish insisted.

"They are four fantastic players. Andy will be a few weeks when he's fit, but we haven't bought him for a few weeks, and when he comes in, they are four fantastic footballers who will give us an exciting attacking line up.

"I was delighted for Suarez. He's not even had the opportunity to train with us yet because of administrative problems to sort out. He couldn't even train in the morning with us, but got a goal in the evening, and that's impressive."

While Suarez is already capturing the Infield hearts with his smile as well as his performances, Kenny Dalglish feels that Andy Carroll is still about three weeks away from reaching full fitness. "Andy is probably around three weeks away from coming back. Andy was bought for the long term; we'll have lots to celebrate with him in the future."
