Telemundo has reached record figures in viewership in its first time coverage of the World Cup.

Telemundo Deportes - the network with exclusive rights to Spanish-language coverage of Russia 2018 in the US - has reached a milestone in its daytime viewership. According to data released by Nielsen, and digital data from Adobe Analytics, the network's collectve platforms registered a total number of viewers in the region of 19.4 million for the 14 games showed between June 14 and June 18.

Mexico's 1-0 victory over Germany on Sunday recorded the most viewership in the network's history, averaging a Total Audience Delivery of 7.4 million viewers across all of Telemundo's digital platforms. In the last five days, the Spanish network's World Cup digital presentation has reached 4.9 million total unique users. This generated 27.1 million live streams and a total of 362 million minutes in viewership.

On Telemundo Deportes' social media platforms, there have been more than 500,000 engagements to date and over 71,000 growth in the fanbase in the first five days of the World Cup's coverage.
